  • Where are you based?
    We are based in Devon and serve a 50-mile radius around the West side of the coast, including Plymouth, Torbay, South Hams, Cornwall, and Exeter.
  • Are your services available for diabetic patients?
    Yes, our services are also available to diabetic patients and we offer personalised footcare to meet your individual needs
  • Can you treat and visit people in nursing and residential homes?
    Yes, our services are also available for people in nursing and residential homes, and we will travel to you!
  • How can I book an appointment/ what is your availability?
    Please contact us for all enquiries and bookings.
  • Do you perform toenail removals?
    Yes, we offer a range of services, from general foot treatments to more advanced procedures, including toenail removals.
  • How often should I book an appointment?
    Appointments should be booked every 6 weeks on average, but this depends on each client and their individual footcare needs.
  • What does the initial consultation and footcare include?
    Our initial consultations consist of a full neurovascular assessment where we will assess things like circulation and the general condition of your foot health. Once an examination has been conducted, we treat all foot care elements during that appointment, such as nail cutting, verruca treatment, ingrown hair and more.
  • Do you accept insurance payments?
    Yes, we accept insurance payments
